Tetsuo MatSuda

Tetsuo was born in Hadachi, Japan in 1945. After becoming a qualified guitar maker he entered the Cremona violin making school in 1977 graduating in 1981. The following year he won two silver medals in Cremona’s Stradivari International Violin Making Competition. He then moved to the USA working for William Harris Lee Violin Comapny inb Chicago for 10 years before working on his own.

In 1984 Tetsuo won two gold medals at the Violin Society of America (VSA) international makers competition.
